Made with 100% recycled t-shirt material from the textiles and fashion industry, diverted from landfill and turned into yarn. As the material is recycled ~ and I like to keep things fresh ~ the colours vary slightly.

Bag a little dirty? I recommend giving it a hand wash first. Give it a soak in warm soapy water and then a scrub and rinse. If that doesn’t get it all out, you can wash it in the washing machine. Just pop it in a delicates bag and put it on a cold wash on the delicates setting.
As most items are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for Change of Mind.

Baggins offers free repairs on items that need mending (postage at customers' expense) and will offer a refund or exchange on any purchase if the item is found to have a genuine manufacturers' fault.

If you ordered items that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us to receive a store credit or refund. Items deemed faulty will need to be assessed and approved before a refund will be issued.

The Returns Policy corresponds with consumers’ rights under Australian Consumer Law. Postage costs will need to be covered by the customer if returning faulty items.
